Refund Policy 


1. GENERAL GUIDELINES


This Refund Policy is issued by Cakto Commerce OÜ, a private limited company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, with its registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115, Estonia (“CAKTO”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

Cakto Commerce OÜ acts as the Merchant of Record for international transactions conducted through the CAKTO platform and is solely responsible for the processing of refunds related to such transactions, in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable payment network rules.

At CAKTO, customer satisfaction is important to us. All digital products and services sold through the CAKTO platform, including but not limited to online courses, digital content, educational programs, mentorships, coaching services, and subscriptions or other recurring digital services, are subject to this Refund Policy.


Unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable sales page, digital products and services are eligible for a 7 (seven) day money-back guarantee, counted exclusively from the date of purchase.


Some digital products or services may offer a different refund period, which will be clearly disclosed on the relevant sales page or checkout screen.


If a buyer is not satisfied with a digital product or service for any reason within the applicable refund period, the buyer may submit a refund request in accordance with this Policy.


2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING DIGITAL SERVICES


Certain digital products or services may be offered on a subscription or recurring basis, where charges are applied automatically at predefined intervals.


Subscription Cancellation  

Buyers may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges by contacting CAKTO support at support@cakto.com.br or through available account or order management tools on the Platform, when applicable.


To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests should be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to the next scheduled billing date.


Refunds for Subscription Charges  

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the buyer to a refund for amounts already charged.


A buyer may request a refund for a subscription charge within seven (7) days from the date of the applicable charge, unless a different refund period is expressly disclosed.


3. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS


To request a refund, buyers may contact CAKTO support by sending an email to support@cakto.com.br or submit a refund request directly through the following link:

Buyers must provide sufficient information to identify the transaction.


Refunds are issued solely to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME


Approved refunds are generally processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days.


The time required for the refunded amount to appear on the buyer’s bank or card statement may vary depending on the payment method, card network, and financial institution. Such processing times are outside of CAKTO’s control.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES


Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with a bank, card issuer, or payment institution, buyers are strongly encouraged to contact CAKTO’s customer support team at support@cakto.com.br and attempt to resolve the issue directly.


CAKTO acts as the Merchant of Record and manages chargebacks and disputes in accordance with the rules, procedures, and timelines established by the applicable card networks and payment schemes, including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, and other applicable networks.


Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through CAKTO’s support channels may result in delays, additional reviews, or the application of payment network rules that are outside of CAKTO’s control.

6. CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS POLICY


CAKTO may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be made available on the Platform.


7. EFFECTIVE DATE


This Refund Policy is effective as of the date of publication and remains in force until amended or replaced.
