This agreement establishes the terms and conditions for affiliates and producers who use the Cakto platform. By registering as an affiliate or producer, you fully agree to the terms set forth below.
DEFINITIONS
Cakto: Payment platform that facilitates transactions between producers and affiliates.
Producer: User who makes products or services available for sale on the platform.
Affiliate: User who promotes a producer’s products or services in exchange for a commission on completed sales.
Commission: Amount paid to the affiliate for each sale successfully completed through their referral.
REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY
Registration as an affiliate or producer requires acceptance of this agreement.
Cakto may refuse or suspend registrations that do not meet the platform’s criteria.
Users must provide truthful information and keep their data up to date.
PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the product or service offered complies with applicable laws.
Provide clear information about the product, including pricing, terms of use, and refund policies.
Pay commissions owed to affiliates within the deadlines established by the platform.
AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote products ethically, without deceptive practices or spam.
Not use false advertising, black hat practices, or any method prohibited by Cakto.
Respect copyright laws and advertising guidelines.
PAYMENTS AND COMMISSIONS
Commission payments will be made in accordance with the deadlines and conditions defined by Cakto.
Cakto may withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or violation of this agreement.
The affiliate is responsible for paying any taxes related to their activity.
PENALTIES AND TERMINATION
Failure to comply with this agreement may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account.
Cakto reserves the right to terminate partnerships with affiliates and producers who violate its guidelines.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This agreement may be amended at any time by Cakto, with prior notice to users.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws in force in Cakto’s territory of operation.
